New Home Construction · North Alabama
Custom homes built by an Alabama Unlimited Licensed Home Builder.
An Unlimited license means there is no dollar cap on the homes we're allowed to build in Alabama. From lot prep and footings to the last piece of trim, Blackridge builds custom homes across North Alabama with the same crew that finishes them.
Alabama Unlimited Home Builder License #41326 · BBB Accredited · Fully Insured
What Unlimited means for your build
Alabama licenses residential builders in tiers. A limited license caps the value of a project a builder may contract. Unlimited does not — which means we can legally take on a full custom home at any size or price point, not just small jobs and additions.
Slab to shingles under one contract
Site prep, footings and slab, framing, roof, windows, exterior, mechanical coordination, drywall, cabinetry, flooring, trim, and paint. One builder responsible for the schedule, the budget, and the finished house.
Built for how you actually live
We work through the floor plan with you before a shovel hits the ground — traffic flow, storage, garage and shop space, porch orientation, and the finishes you care about most. Changes cost less on paper than in framing.
Barndominiums, shops & second homes
Alongside traditional custom homes we build shop-houses, barndominiums, guest houses, and rural builds on acreage across Marshall, Morgan, Madison, Cullman, and Blount counties.
