Alabama licenses residential home builders in tiers, and most of those tiers cap the dollar value of the work a builder is legally allowed to contract. Ours is the Unlimited tier — there is no cap.
In practical terms, that's the difference between a company that can patch a room and a company that can build the house. It means we can contract a full custom home, take a fire or storm loss all the way back to finished, remove load-bearing walls, and add square footage — all under one license, with one crew, and one person accountable for the result.
We also carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance and hold BBB accreditation. Certificates and license verification are available on request, and we bring them to the estimate if you'd like to see them.
No project-size cap
Unlimited means we can legally contract a build at any value — not just small jobs.
Structural work allowed
Load-bearing changes, additions, and full rebuilds are builder-license work.
